Right now when sending bulk traffic trough back-meta and killing the slapds
receiving the proxy traffic, it can be seen that a very few modify operations
are not receiving the result of the operations, looking at the code it seems the
same for the add and delete operation. Basically when ldap_modify_ext returns an
errno it seems that is not properly handle afterwards.
