Use AI_ADDRCONFIG flag with getaddrinfo() if the symbol is defined. I think that
no configure macro is needed for this. The symbol should be present on the
systems which support it. And I believe we can enforce this flag if available.

The attached file is derived from OpenLDAP Software. All of the modifications to
OpenLDAP Software represented in the following patch(es) were developed by Red
