The prototype for ldap_modify_ext() in the C header file declares msgidp as "int
*", however the current manpage declares msgidp as "int **". This patch updates
the manpage to accurately reflect the C header.

The attached patch file is derived from OpenLDAP Software. All of the
modifications to OpenLDAP Software represented in the following patch(es) were
developed by David M. Syzdek syzdek@bindlebinaries.com. I have not assigned
rights and/or interest in this work to any party.
