The sambaPwdLastSet value is not calculated at all, it is exactly what the OS 
system clock returns, and the OS system clock is in UTC so DST is irrelevant. 
Probably your machine's timezone is misconfigured; notice that pwdChangedTime 
is also in UTC so 20110502160329Z cannot be "May 2 16:03:29 EDT".
