The serverID directive is specified as a decimal integer value, but its
hexadecimal value is used everywhere else.  I.e in the syncrepl cookies and the
ID field of the CSN attributes.  This can be a bit confusing, so it would be
nice if the hex value could be used in the configuration as well.  A patch that
allows this with an 0x prefix is coming.
