In unixODBC and iODBC, SQL_NO_DATA_FOUND was turned into SQL_NO_DATA, starting
with ODBC 3.0. Supporting older ODBC package is easy, we just have to test both
macros, as in the attached patch.

This is an cleanup from a 3 years old patch that has been available in NetBSD
package system.
