Not sure what you're looking at, but the CVS log clearly shows that this bug 
was fixed in revision 1.251 on November 2.

The updates after 1.252 are merely copying from HEAD to the RE24 branch.

You said you pulled from HEAD on November 3, and still saw the problem. Either 
your checkout was wrong, or your configuration was wrong, because the fix was 
definitely present in HEAD by then.
