This is not provided by the OpenLDAP foundation.  If you have support 
issues with things provided by Redhat, you need to contact them.

Also, your issue seems to be basic knowledge questions.  I suggest you read 
the online documentation, and if you have further questions, send them to 
openldap-software@openldap.org.  The issue tracking system is for reporting 
bugs only.  This ITS will be closed.
