Sounds like an unintended side-effect of fixing ITS#4613.  Syncprov 
needs lastmod to be on, while back-ldap likes to have it off.  Since 
checks to prevent adding modification-related operational attrs twice 
are in place, I believe explicitly enabling lastmod in that test should 
suffice.

A fix is in HEAD.
