OK, I have already reworked the initial note, as I do not believe
anybody will keep using earlier versions of 2.3; also, since dynlist was
not released with 2.2, one needs to manually download and build the 2.3
version, which is consistent with the attrpair syntax.  I'll slightly
rework your last posting to just state there used to be a different,
experimental syntax which has been removed since OpenLDAP 2.3.14.
