(ITS#4083) daemon: TLS not configured (ldaps:///)

Just built and installed OL 2.3.10 on a Debian Linux Sarge box (upgrade from OL
2.3.9).

Now slapd won't start and here is the error message:

Oct 12 10:10:33 info-ldap-001 slapd[5674]: daemon: TLS not configured
(ldaps:///) 
Oct 12 10:10:33 info-ldap-001 slapd[5674]: slapd stopped. 

My slapd.conf has the following directives set up:
TLSCipherSuite
TLSCACertificateFile
TLSCertificateFile
TLSCertificateKeyFile

It used to work with OL 2.3.9 and earlier version.

I guess it is related to ITS#4072.
Any other parameters that are now required?
