ITS#3690 multihomed server, UDP requests

slapd does not receive the IP address or interface name of the interface
used to receive a UDP datagram; this information is not provided by the
socket layer.

On systems where multiple interfaces exist, it is up to the OS kernel to
route outbound datagrams to the appropriate interface. When using
multiple interfaces on the same subnet, the only means for
disambiguating is to bind to explicit addresses. There's no bug here,
just a question of proper usage. This ITS will be closed.
