slapi_utils.c:slapi_entry_has_children() dereferences Operation *op,
but does not set it first.

Please note that gcc-4 -O -Wuninitialized now warns "*is* used uninitialized"
rather than merely "*may* be used uninitialized" for some variables.
This is one of those.  I've ITSed a few others previously.
