Hi Jong,

I was wanting to test your index clustering patch against OpenLDAP 2.3, but 
found that there have been changes since you uploaded your patch that do 
not allow it to be applied, in particular function changes in back-bdb.

Would it be possible for you to upload a new current version of the patch 
that applies cleanly to HEAD?
