Re: (ITS#3794) don't execute smbldap-populate

There is no "smbldap-populate" in OpenLDAP software. This appears to be 
something you should report to Red Hat. Also, the 2.0.27 OpenLDAP 
release was obsoleted 2 or 3 years ago. You may need to run something 
more recent, like 2.2.27 or 2.3.4.
