Re: (ITS#3760) compile fails --without-threads

Note that the same problem will arise with test030; in that case splitting
the naming contexts across multiple servers won't work because the relay
backend uses internal operations; we'd need to heavily rework the test to
allow consistent testing of back-relay, back-ldap and back-meta.
