The PATH_MAX variable is undefined in servers/slapd/back-ldif/ldif.c, from the
included file servers/slapd/config.h.  there is a definition for PATH_MAX in
config.c if it isn't already defined by limits.h.  Perhaps that should be moved
into config.h instead.  Or maybe ldif.c should include limits.h, or have a
define in it.
