Re: (ITS#3631) Implement granular write privileges

Here's the new patch: the feature hould now be honored by all backend 
types; the modrdn naming attribute modeifications are checked 
accordingly; the new keywords "add" and "delete" have been added, 
resulting in "write" level privileges with only add and delete 
permissions, respectively
