Yes. Sorry about that; it was originally olcAuthRewrite but then I 
noticed that the code in saslauthz.c was looking for auth-id so I 
changed one place but not the other.

Like the comment in config.c said - most of that stuff belongs in 
bconfig.c, that would have made it easier to keep coordinated.
