Well, the only sasl files were from the mandrake packages. ...
No way to have 'two' versions ... !
I removed all sasl rpm (2.1.15)
I dowloaded source code (2.1.20)
and it's ok. No more seg fault
Now the fun part:
undersstand who do what in 'sasl'
when 'app.conf' does exist,
does not exist
