RE: No entries replicated with syncrepl (refreshOnly) (ITS#3476)

Thanks for your time with this.
>From that error message text, I guessed the problem- the user that was
defined in the replication statement "cn=admin..." is not defined in
slapd.conf, but instead is part of the directory that gets replicated. So
it seems this was a chicken-and-the-egg problem.
I added that user/pass into slapd.conf on the consumer, restarted it, and
that fixed the problem right away.
Replication with that configuration did work fine with OpenLDAP <= 2.2.19 .
Was that not desired behavior, then? If so, what should be the proper way
to handle this going forward- add the user in slapd.conf when rebuilding,
and then remove it afterwards?
