RE : (ITS#3450) Modify RDN returns Naming Violation.



I still have the problem with 2.2.19 (error is naming violation instead of
insufficient acces rights).

HEAD and re22 work as expected; this might be a bug in 2.2.13 that has
already been fixed.  Unless you can reproduce it with the latest release
and/or with HEAD code, I'd consider this issue closed.
