Re: back-meta/init.c is missing function mapping_free (ITS#3350)

In my development plans, rewrite/mapping will disappear from both
back-ldap and back-meta, to be delegated to the rwm overlay (see HEAD's
test030-relay).  Back-meta should also disappear to be replaced by
multiple instances of back-ldap glued together.  This is already reflected
in HEAD code (see HEAD's test029-ldapglue), and will be released as 2.3
soon, I guess.  BTW, your patch is unreachable (at least, I get an empty
file).
