ldapdb freezes slapd (ITS#3276)

Version: 2.2.15

After updating from 2.2.14 to 2.2.15 slapd freezes as soon as ldapdb is
involved, a downgrading back to 2.2.14 solved this problem. An excerpt from log:

slapd[15320]: <==slap_sasl2dn: Converted SASL name to cn=dieter
slapd[15320]: getdn: dn:id converted to cn=dieter
slapd[15320]: parseProxyAuthz: conn=0 "cn=dieter
slapd[15320]: ==>slap_sasl_authorized: can cn=admanager,o=avci,c=de become
cn=dieter kluenter,ou=partner,o=avci,c=de?
slapd[15320]: ==>slap_sasl_check_authz: does cn=dieter
kluenter,ou=partner,o=avci,c=de match saslAuthzTo rule in
slapd[15320]: => bdb_entry_get: ndn: "cn=admanager,o=avci,c=de"
slapd[15320]: => bdb_entry_get: oc: "(null)", at: "saslAuthzTo"
slapd[15320]: bdb_dn2entry("cn=admanager,o=avci,c=de")
slapd[15320]: bdb_entry_get: rc=0
slapd[15320]: => bdb_entry_get: ndn: "cn=administratoren,o=avci,c=de"
slapd[15320]: => bdb_entry_get: oc: "groupOfNames", at: "member"
here slapd freezes and cannot be shutdown properly but only with SIGKILL. No
further information is given. Running slapd in gdb lead to immediate crash
without any backtrace.
This all happend independently on two hosts.
