OK, just to summarize: The slapd changes were moved from back-bdb and
rewritten into an overlay. The test cases have been cleaned up and added to
the test suite. A new manpage was written to describe the ppolicy overlay.
Nothing has been done with the sample custom password checking module, I'm
open to suggestions there.
