Openldap make failes on AIX 5L (ITS#3025)

a) configure with tls; without threads; disable bdb and dnssrv succeeds.
b) make depend succeeds
c) make fails with the following errors: 
dnssrv.c: In function `ldap_domain2hostlist':

dnssrv.c:263: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
dnssrv.c:263: for each function it appears in.)
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.
