test007 hang on z/OS (ITS#2792)

This script was consistently getting hung at "Filtering original ldif..."
A ps showed the slurpd was dead but both slapd processes were still running. The
filesystem where the tests reside was also hung at this time.

After a lot of trial and error, it turns out that inserting a delay (sleep 1)
between killing each slapd avoids the hang.

This problem appears to affect any test that uses multiple slapd instances.
(test017, etc.)
