It's looking for the ucdata .dat files probably in the default
directory. Set the ucdata-path in slapd.conf to where you place the .dat
files. If you don't have the .dat files, run ungendat against the latest
UnicodeData.txt. (See README under openldap-2.1.17/libraries/liblunicode
for more info.) Hope that helps.

I've already seen that this issue occured quite often. Unfortunately, I
not find any response for that matter.
