RE: slapadd coredump (ITS#2397)

The coredump is a result of an earlier problem. I have reduced the input
to 3 entries. The output (with -d 99) from slapadd version 2.1.12 and
1.2.17 can be found at http://garm.adm.ku.dk/net/ver2.1.12 and
http://garm.adm.ku.dk/net/ver2.1.17.

During the final cleanup version 2.1.17 gives the error messages:

Error, entries missing!
  entry 2: ou=9016-1,o=ku.c=dk
  entry 4: ou=9715 2,o=ku,c=dk

With these 3 entries slapadd will not do a coredump. However, with the
complete dataset (10,000 records) a coredump takes place.
