failure when starting slapd (ITS#2354)

hallo everyone,

i have installed Berkeley DB 4.1.25 and also correctly run the following things
about openLDAP in unix
1  ./configure 
2  make depend
3  make
4  make install
5  edit the configuration file for "suffix"

but unlucky as i run " >libexec/slapd -h ldap:// -d 255",
i got the failure message:

i do not know what to do, maybe i have not really successfullly installed
Berkely DB
