Feature Request: --with-bdb-prefix=dir (ITS#2124)

OpenLDAP is missing a configuration option for the installation location of
BerkeleyDB (note that this is true for other external libraries like OpenSSL,
too). The only way to use BerkeleyDB when it is not in "default" locations
currently is to manually provide proper CFLAGS to the configure script.
Configuration using configure would be quite a bit easier if there would be an
option like "--with-bdb-prefix=<dir>" which should be used as the prefix for bdb
headers and libraries as well as for bdb rpath linking.
