This patch adds a section on DIGEST-MD5 authentication to the SASL section of
the Admin guide. It describes the use of in-directory storage for secrets when
Cyrus SASL 2.1 is in use. It also expands on the description of sasl-regexp and
adds some examples showing the use of DIGEST-MD5.
