Brazilian OpenLDAP Mirror. (ITS#1899)

Hello,

I'd like to announce that the OpenLDAP repository now have a mirror
located in Brazil, hosted by Matrix Internet (MTRX). We're using rsync
to keep it updated with ftp.openldap.org, running every day 9:00AM GMT.

Matrix have a dual OC-3 connection with United States, only for data
traffic. And for Brazil, we have a OC-12 for national traffic. We know
OpenLDAP's project, and we use OpenLDAP in our own network. For now,
this is the only way that we can help you, offering to South America a
closest mirror to download your sources.
