openldap clients (ITS#1778)

Hi,

I'm installing openldap 2.0.23 over Solaris 7, and all works fine; but I
have found some problems around this environment:

1- I'm not able to compile nss_ldap-187, just when I start:

[nuvol](/usr/local/nss_ldap-187)>make
gcc -DLDAP_REFERRALS -DSUN_NSS -D_REENTRANT -DHAVE_SNPRINTF
-D__EXTENSIONS__ -O -g -Wall -fPIC -I/usr/local/include -I../libldap
-c -o ldap-nss.o ldap-nss.c
ldap-nss.c: In function `do_open':
ldap-nss.c:443: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c:569: warning: passing arg 2 of `ldap_set_rebind_proc' from
incompatible pointer type
ldap-nss.c:576: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c:583: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c: In function `do_result':
ldap-nss.c:893: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c: In function `do_with_reconnect':
ldap-nss.c:1006: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c: In function `do_search':
ldap-nss.c:1108: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
ldap-nss.c: At top level:
ldap-nss.c:22: warning: `rcsId' defined but not used
make: *** [ldap-nss.o] Error 1
[nuvol](/usr/local/nss_ldap-121)>

2- I'm not able to compile pam_ldap-141:

./configure
...
checking for main in -lldap... no
checking for main in -lldapssl40... no
checking for main in -lldapssl30... no
configure: error: could not locate a valid LDAP library

3- I would like intall ldap client on different hosts, can I use native
ldap solaris 8 client, or I must use openldap client? If last option is
the right one, how can I install, just the client?
