POSIX error while configure (ITS#1768)

Hi there :
I am a new bee, try to install openldap on the Solaris 7. While configuring , I
getting "could not locate usable POSIX threads".
I have used : env CPPLFAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3/include"
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3/lib" ./configure --with-ldbm-api=berkeley
Please help.
