Re: slapd exits with no logging (ITS#1666)
This may be a small issue, it might help to consistantly prefix the
actually error messages with some type of marker eg. "ERROR:" or "WARNING:".

index sn 0x0716
index uid 0x0716
ERROR: /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf: line 69: duplicate index
definition for attr
"uid" (ignored)
slapd shutdown: freeing system resources.
