Netscape Messaging Server(?) and the OpenWave InterMail/Post.Office mail servers
use
a variation on standard MD5/SMD5 password hashing. I've patched HEAD to support
this hash format.

Credit (and much thanks) goes to whomever contributed this support to
qmail-ldap;
I've based my code off of that.
