CR/LF in LDIF files (ITS#1328)

Norbert,

I committed a patch derived from your submission to HEAD.
I note that the patch (and the submission) may be incomplete.
I have not carefully examined slapadd(8) or slapd(8) or slurpd(8)
to see if they need additional special handling of CR/LF in
LDIFv1 files.

Please test.
