SLURPD not Replicating Because UNIX time greater than 999,999,999 (ITS#1324)

Since Unix time has ticked over from 999,999,999 to 1,000,000,000 SLURPD has
been reporting all replication jobs as old.

I have temporarily set the time on my Master LDAP one year back, and it works
now.
