Errors linking to bind libraries (ITS#1109)

Whenever I try to link any application against OpenLDAP 2.0.7, I get an
error about functions in the resolver libraries.
I thought that I was doing something wrong, until I saw another post
today in the ldap@umich.edu list about the same thing happening to
another person.
(I have tried Postfix, Proftpd, Samba-tng).
Could someone please ensure that the libraries are linked in properly?
(The make messages from when I built LDAP seem to indicate that lnsl
and lresolv were linked in, but that appears not to be the case).
