Got to <http://www.openldap.org/software/download/>, review
the table of mirrors, select a mirror which near your location,
click on URL listed under "Release" or "Stable" to download the
version of your choice.  It should be noted that most mirrors
require that FTP be used to download the software.  Most web
browsers support FTP.
