slapd.at.conf and slapd.oc.conf are distributed w/ 1.2.

The OpenLDAP Admin Guide covers only OpenLDAP 2.0.  2.0 uses
different schema files than 1.2.

The schema files noted in the OpenLDAP Admin Guide are provided
with OpenLDAP 2.0.
