It's best for the schema originator, Netscape in this case, to
provide the LDAPv3 compliant (RFC 2252) schema definitions.  From
server vendors, one should be able to read such from subschema
subentries published by their product (with their schema loaded).
The mapping between LDAPv2 and LDAPv3 schema definitions is not
direct (otherwise we would have provided software to do the mapping).
