Reference to SLAPD and SLURPD Admin guide (ITS#635)

The man pages make many references to the "SLAPD and SLURPD Administrator's
guide".  Although there is a reference to the URL
(http://www.umich.edu/~dirsvcs/ldap/doc/guides/) in the COPYRIGHT file, it is
never identified as the elusive guide -- only as a reference to 'information
concerning the UMICH LDAP project'.  I got very frustrated after spending an
hour looking through the source distribution and searching the online FAQs for
the mysterious "SLAPD and SLURPD Administrator's guide" which is referenced
frequently, but which is impossible to find if you're actually looking for it. 
I beg you to add a couple of lines to the README identifying the above URL as
the "SLAPD and SLURPD Administrator's guide".  It is a trivial change that will
go a long way toward 'useability'.
