I do a  first
ldapsearch -D "cn=root,ou=People,dc=webmotion,dc=com" -w secret -b
"dc=webmotion,dc=com" "objectclass=*"

the answer was 
"inappropriate authentication"

I try different password 
and with a bad password I have a normal "Invalid credentials")

So I retry the first command ... and it works I have all my entries !!!

Is it a bug or a feature ??

What does mean the "inappropriate authentication" ?
