aliases in openldap (ITS#488)

I want to create an alias.
Hans Mueller in ou=All, o=test, c=DE
to
Hans Mueller in ou=Support, o=test, c=DE
if i create a copy, Netscape Adressbook show me 2 Users with the same content.
But I only want to have one.
My target is, when I search the Netscape Adressbook matching "Support" the
result is Hans Mueller.
I have all User in one Directory (ALL).
And some Users must responsible from Support or Sysadmin.
And I will not create the same User twice.
