Re: fix for ldap_init() and kerberos4 (ITS#426)

This patch appears like an appropriate fix and it should be
applied to devel and subsequently to OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_1_2.
I won't have time to do the forward port right away, but
will put it on my (long) TODO list.
