gethostbyaddr_r in configure (ITS#344)

I noticed that kdz have made a change i the configure scripts
handling of gethostbyaddr_r argument tests.

This breaks configuring on Solaris7, where i get an error:

checking number of arguments of gethostbyname_r... 5
checking number of arguments of gethostbyaddr_r... 
./configure: test: argument expected
