Well, I think this is fixed in -devel.  The code could be backported
to RelEng1.2 without too much effort, I guess.  First thing
would be to test devel to be sure it is correct.  Second thing 
would be to determine the minimal amount of code that needs to
backported.

(devel code, of course, is not for production purposes)
