Using OpenLDAP as ILS for NetMeeting (ITS#214)

I want to use openldap as a internet locator service for Microsoft NetMeeting
for conferences an intranet.
I tried to setup ldap, but won't be able to logon to the server in NetMeeting.
>From my current point of view it's a configuration problem. I will have to
setup
LDAP in the appropriate way, so NetMeeting can use "o=MICROSOFT, c=DE,
OBJECTCLASS=RTPERSON".
I made some attempts but didn't succeed. I have several extracts from
/var/log/messages in case
you want to take care of my problem.
